Louisiana law R.S. 17:170 requires immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, and tetanus-diphtheria for all first-time Delgado Community College students born after 1956.

Effective August 2006, the law now requires all first-time freshmen regardless of age to provide proof of vaccination against Meningitis.

Documents submitted to meet this requirement must be translated by a certified translator if the original is not in English.
