Step 2: Pay the Admissions Application Fee
The application fee is payable online ($15 U. S. applicants/ $25 International applicants) using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Step 3:  Proof of Immunization
Submit proof of immunization compliance if born after 1956. Click here for more information or to download the compliance form.

Step 4:  High School Transcript
Submit an official high school transcript or a copy of your GED certificate if not already submitted.
