Orientation Events

Click here to register for an orientation event.   Please note that online registration for orientation for first time college students is now closed. To schedule an orientation session, call Testing and Advising at (504) 671-5080.

The Parent Online Orientation presentation is approximately 30 minutes, and it will be available for viewing from July 21, 2008 to September 2, 2008.

Fall Registration

Fall Registration times are from 8a.m. -7p.m on the following days:

August 13

August 14

August 15

 Late Registration times are from 1p.m.-7p.m on the following days:

August 18

August 19

Classes begin on Saturday, August 16, 2008.

Students attending college for the first time will schedule classes after attending orientation. All other students should go to building 1.

 What kind of Student Are You?

To access your Admission steps, please click the description that best fits you.
 
  • Freshman - A student who has never attended an accredited college.
  • Transfer- A student who has attended another Regionally Accredited College or University.
  • Re-Admitted - A student who has previously attended Delgado, but who did not attend during the immediate prior semester.
  • High School/Dual Enrollment  - A student who is currently a Junior or Senior in High School.
  • International Student - A student who will be enrolling on an F-1 or M-1 student visa.
  • WorkForce Development - Delgado’s Workforce Development and Education unit seeks to enhance the quality of life for all by providing educational programs and services that promote personal, professional, and economic development in the Greater New Orleans area and surrounding region.
